En Route
The FIG Tree (Fairtrade In Garstang – branching out around the world) International Visitor Centre and café opened in November 2011 and lies at the starting point of the Fair Trade Way. This exclusive Fairtrade centre not only provides information on Fairtrade and Fairtrade Towns but also the opportunity for ramblers to fill up their flasks with Fairtrade tea, coffee or hot chocolate and stock up with Fairtrade snacks and/or ‘Jim’s Rambling Flapjacks’ for the road ahead.
